As a Jewellery Consultant at Novel Jewels, a dynamic venture of the esteemed Aditya Birla Group, your role will involve assisting customers in selecting fine jewellery, providing detailed information on products, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring an enhanced customer experience. Your daily tasks will include greeting and attending to customers, managing inventory, and staying updated on the latest market trends and product knowledge.
