- As an Assistant Manager - Graphic Designer at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients" brand and marketing teams by designing marketing touchpoints across various media that align with the brand identity. Your creative skills will be utilized to help clients stand out in the banking industry with fresh and dynamic designs. Collaboration with other creatives such as art directors, copywriters, motion graphic animators, and videographers will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Developing Creative Concepts: Create advertising and marketing platforms that meet objectives. - Designing Dynamic Visuals: Use the latest design programs to create attention-grabbing artwork. - Supporting the Production Process: Collaborate with team members to search for visual assets, resize, and reorient existing creative assets. - Defining and Guiding Our Look: Ensure consistency in visual tone across all communications as per brand standards. - Training Team Members: Assist in training other team members in Graphic Designer roles. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications / Skills:** - Bachelor's degree. - Relevant experience in Internet commerce, electronic marketing, and online creative. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. **Preferred Qualifications / Skills:** - Passion for design and willingness to collaborate with creative individuals. - Ability to differentiate between creative expression and commercial effectiveness. - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Curiosity and self-learning skills for continuous improvement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
