Job Description
- As a Process Associate at Genpact, your role involves setting up customers" investment accounts, post-issue services, and asset management. You will be responsible for effectively analyzing and making decisions on fraudulent claims using various applications. It is essential to work and operate efficiently in a high-volume and tight timeline environment to meet Service Level Agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Set up customers" investment accounts, post-issue services, and asset management - Analyze and make decisions on fraudulent claims using various applications - Work efficiently in a high-volume and tight timeline environment to meet Service Level Agreements Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Openness to working on weekends - Willingness to stretch beyond shift hours to complete the volumes (Same day TAT driven process) - Typing speed of 30 WPM without errors - No long leaves planned for the next 6-8 months - Basic knowledge of banking, mutual funds, and shares - Basic communication skills for writing emails - Relevant work experience Preferred qualifications: - B.Com degree - Willingness to work overtime and weekends - Good analytical skills and a strong customer focus - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently - Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision - Voice Level: 3A - Experience with good typing skills, banking knowledge, and MS Office knowledge In addition to the job role and responsibilities, Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm dedicated to delivering outcomes that shape the future.
