Role Summary

• Recruit insurance agents from the open market

• Sell FGII Health Insurance products through the agency model

• Train and develop agents to achieve sales targets

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

• Report to CDM (Team Lead) or Branch Manager

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in insurance sales

• Preferred background: Agency sales experience

• Preferred industries: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, NBFCs

• Age: Below 32 years

Salary Range
Up to 4.25 LPA 
Monthly incentives applicable over and above fixed salary
