Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Technology Leader with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in digital technologies marketing platforms and strategic leadership The ideal candidate will drive our Martech vision own the digital product architecture and foster strong business relationships to deliver measurable marketing outcomes This is a highly strategic and handson leadership role requiring deep technical expertise strong business acumen and proven success in leading highperforming teams and stakeholder engagements
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the endtoend Marketing Technology strategy ensuring alignment with business goals
Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders across Marketing Brand Ecommerce Legal and Analytics teams
Lead manage and continuously evolve a modern MarTech stack including
oBrand Websites CMS platforms like Umbraco Contentful
oSearch Engine Optimization SEO and Google Tag Manager GTM
oGoogle Analytics 4 GA4 and advanced tagging strategies
oCustomer Data Platforms CDPs BlueConic partner integrations
oWeb Personalization Platforms like Optimizely
Build and lead a crossfunctional scalable MarTech team fostering a proactive and resultsdriven culture
Deliver regular performance reporting to leadership including
oProduct health value delivered
oResource utilization
oKPIs OKRs and ROI on digital initiatives
