Job Description


Location: Noida Candor TechSpace, Sector 135

Employment Type: Full-Time (WFO)
Salary Range: 3.2 LPA 4.5 LPA
Additional Benefits:
Both-side cab facility
Transport allowance up to 6,000 per monthKey Responsibilities:
Handle inbound technical support queries from international customers via voice process
Troubleshoot and resolve networking and connectivity issues
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring issue resolution within defined SLAs
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up as necessaryWho Can Apply:
Graduate Freshers with a background in networking or troubleshooting are encouraged to apply
Undergraduates with at least 1 Year of experience in international voice-based technical support are also welcome
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
Candidates must possess excellent spoken English
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
