Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Vision & Deep Learning Engineer to design, develop, and optimize advanced AI/ML solutions in image classification, object detection, and segmentation. The role will involve building robust models using state-of-the-art deep learning frameworks, deploying them on edge and embedded devices, and exploring the integration of Generative AI and cloud-based AI/ML workflows.
Responsibilities
:
Design, develop, and deploy deep learning models for object classification, detection, and segmentation using CNNs and transfer learning.
Build and implement image preprocessing pipelines and advanced computer vision workflows.
Optimize models through pruning, quantization, and ONNX conversion for edge deployment.
Work with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX frameworks for training, conversion, and inference.
Accelerate inference using GPU programming with CUDA and cuDNN.
Deploy, port, and validate models on embedded and edge hardware (Jetson, Orin, Hailo, mobile).
Conduct applied research and experiments to evaluate and integrate Generative AI in computer vision tasks.
Explore and implement cloud-based AI workflows using AWS or Azure AI/ML services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data pipelines, analytics, and large-scale training.
Ensure systematic documentation and secure record-keeping aligned with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and related industry standards.
Required Skills & Experience
:
Strong programming experience in Python.
Solid foundation in deep learning, CNNs, transfer learning, and ML basics.
Expertise in object detection, classification, and segmentation.
Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX.
Experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA, cuDNN).
Hands-on knowledge of model optimization (pruning, quantization).
Proven track record of deploying models to edge devices (Jetson, Orin, Hailo, mobile).
Good understanding of image processing techniques and data pipelines.
Willingness to explore and contribute to Generative AI and cloud AI/ML solutions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
:
Experience with C/C++ for performance-critical applications.
Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Rekognition) or Azure equivalents.
Exposure to Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
Knowledge of real-time deployment systems and streaming analytics.
