Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer to design, develop, and optimize web applications for enterprise-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end architecture, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using React.js.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into responsive, interactive components.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React best practices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and work with backend teams to define data requirements.
- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Recoil, etc.).
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 12 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
- Proficiency in RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for front-end hosting.
