Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate
will have deep expertise in implementing and configuring GRC modules within the ServiceNow platform, with a
strong understanding of risk management, compliance processes, and audit functions. This role is hybrid and
requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow GRC modules, including:
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into
ServiceNow GRC configurations.
Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts as needed.
Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third-party tools and systems.
Perform system administration tasks and regular platform maintenance.
Create detailed documentation including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.
Provide end-user training and support during and after deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, audit, ITSM, and compliance teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with at least 1 years focused on GRC
modules.
Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).
Experience in ServiceNow platform scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow GRC certification is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
ITIL v3/v4 certification.
Preferred Candidate:
Immediate joiners or candidates with less than 30 days' notice.
Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
