MEP Engineer Manager @ Anlage Infotech

Job Description

Job Profile:
Responsibility for maintaining the building, grounds and physical plan with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities-

Preventive Maintenance for various electrical, HVAC & BMS infrastructure
Taking care of all the records such as MIS (monthly inventory status), Store consumption, Electrical Inventory
Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the property
Checking of MEP system as per checklist
Performance testing of MEP system
Coordinating with External Technical Auditors and improving the System
Managing BMS operations by maintaining setup of various camera CCTV system, FAS systems including smoke detectors and VESDA, FSS system with FM200 & FE227 banks, Water leak detection system and Access control system for server hall and customer care
Take rounds of the floor and maintain snag list of any technical issues like Electrical, Carpentry or Maintenance

Skills: CAD Drawing, Communication, Administration and management, Computers and Electronics, Building codes and standards

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering

Practice and Other Requirements: 4 to 6 years of overall experience working with the real estate industry. Must have managed residential & commercial projects
