Manage sales performance of assigned area, achieving targets and goals.
Develop and execute strategies to increase residential sales, rental sales, and property sales.
Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Able to manage 4-8 team members and there growth.
