Product Analyst / Product Manager (Web @ Intalentgence HR

The ideal candidate should be able to research the target market segments and liaise with the product manager for the purpose of ensuring that the products remain aligned with the consumers preferences. The candidate should be able to enhance the reception of  company's products in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and implement software projects managing schedule.
Create a project timeline, assign responsibility, coordinate development and oversee
quality
Plan sprint and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery. Conduct daily scrum.
Gather software requirement and manage an agile project using Jira or equivalent tool.
Identify & prioritize customers requirements received through surveys, tickets,
suggestions, sales, support team and demos.
Interview customers, sales & support team to discuss their product requirements.
Review competing products to identify opportunities for new features & improvements
Maintain an idea bank of suggestions, features & improvements ranked in priority

Required skills:

Experience in translating business needs into detailed feature requirements & use case
Experience in driving projects end-to-end by planning and project tracking
Effective written and spoken communication for client interaction through calls and email
Review & accept features developed to be as per quality & requirement
Coordinate with the Content and Marketing teams for the creation of support, training &
help documents for internal and external users as well as marketing
Coordinate with the technology department to deliver functional solutions
Good knowledge in Agile methodologies, agile metrics and other project and team
performance metrics tracking, reporting

Location: NSEZ, Noida

Experience: 3 - 6 years

Salary: Negotiable (Max. Upto 8 Lacs per annum)
