Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: CMSS Pvt. Ltd. Malad West
Reports To: Key Account Manager
Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time

About the Role

Think of yourself as the Sherlock Holmes of sales finding clues (a.k.a. leads), piecing together the puzzle (research), and helping our sales team close the case (deal). Were looking for someone with curiosity, confidence, and a bit of creative hustle to join our IT services and solutions squad. No capes required just great communication skills, a sharp mind, and the will to learn.

What Youll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)

  • Lead Hunting: Use online tools, databases, and your inner detective to track down potential clients.
  • Market Intel Gathering: Understand the industry, spot trends, and stalkoops, researchcompetitors.
  • Friendly outreach calls Jedi Skills: Pick up the phone, charm strangers, and turn Who is this? into Tell me more!
  • Data Wizardry: Keep our CRM squeaky clean with up-to-date leads, prospects, and follow-up notes.
  • Team Assist Mode: Pass along qualified leads to the sales team like a pro quarterback.
  • Target Slayer: Work towards daily, monthly, and yearly lead targets because winning feels good.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree (or pursuing MBA) but we care more about skills than titles.
  • Great communicator who can make small talk with anyone.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot (or ready to learn fast).
  • Organised enough to keep track of multiple leads without breaking a sweat.
  • Curious, energetic, and not afraid to try (and fail, and try again).
