Front Office & Communication
Handle all incoming calls professionally and route them to the appropriate departments.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
Courier & Documentation
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, maintain courier records/logs.
Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickup and delivery.
Housekeeping & Support Staff Supervision
Supervise housekeeping staff and office peon, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor cleaning areas to maintain hygiene and cleanliness throughout the office.
Maintain daily attendance records for housekeeping and peon staff
HR & Attendance Support
Record daily employee attendance and assist with preparing attendance reports.
Manage biometric registration for new joiners, coordinating with the HR/Admin teams.
