We are hiring for-

Role: BIW Fixture Design Engineer

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Pune

Requirements:

• Hands on Experience in Designing & Detailing of spot welding/MIG welding fixtures (automated and manual)

Tool Skills:

CATIA V5, UG NX Job Description-Concept Design (Design clamps, pin units stationary as well as retr actable, slides and dumps)

• Exposure to Welding Lines Process & Layout (Spot Welding, ARC welding)-Performs basic engineering calculations to verify design integrity
• Create 2D 3D manufacturing drawings and BOM-Knowledge of tolerances and materials-Read and understand GD&T drawings-Design experience in BIW welding fixtures-Good knowledge of manufacturing and assembly process
