• Hands on experience in Robotic Simulation of Large scale Projects in BIW Line engineering using Process Simulate
• Working experience in Process Simulate, Process Designer
• Knowledge of from Process Design, preparation/updating process layout, 3D Fixture Designs and Manufacturing Support
• Process design for various BIW assemblies & sub-assemblies.
• Overview of designing, detailing, manufacturing of BIW Welding Fixtures for various vendors.
• Overview of Robotic Simulation & accessibility study for Welding Robots & Guns for BIW , cycle time analysis
• Knowledge of Design of grippers, weld gun arms and air-circuit design.
• Must have experience in doing OLP & Safety
• Knowledge of UG/CATIA
