Job Description
- As a Robotics & Coding HOD in the EdTech industry, your role will involve training, managing, and corresponding with teachers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for preparing necessary reports for both the Head Office and School regarding the Robotics and Coding classes conducted in the allocated InnovationLab during school hours. Your duties will include resolving any challenges faced by teachers, ensuring smooth program flow in assigned schools, and overseeing that teachers report to the Innovation Lab daily as full-time staff. Regular visits to schools will be necessary to coordinate with the school Principal, staff, and ensure the smooth running of classes. Your responsibilities also extend to designing and developing educational materials such as books, resources, videos, and curricula to foster a love for Artificial Intelligence, Coding, and Robotics among school children. Using tools like Canva and other software, you will create engaging content for supplementary classes. Additionally, you will delegate tasks to teachers for preparing PR materials like video diaries and collages for submission and uploading. Daily reporting to the Head Office summarizing conducted sessions and feedback will be part of your routine. You will also ensure that new schools receive necessary services upon onboarding and maintain relationships with existing schools. Collaborating on marketing efforts with existing and potential schools to promote the program will also be a key aspect of your role. Preferred qualifications for this position include a degree in MCA, BCA, BTech-Engineering, MTech, MSc(IT), BSc(IT), BSc(Computer Science), or MSc(Computer Science).,
