Job Description

As a Lead Robotics Engineer at the company, you will be spearheading robotics and automation projects, overseeing the development of cutting-edge robotic systems from inception to implementation. Your role will involve leading diverse teams and working closely with EMS and manufacturing partners worldwide. - Design and integrate collaborative robots, AMRs, and industrial robotic arms for automation purposes. - Develop control systems, motion planning, and real-time path planning utilizing ROS/ROS2. - Develop firmware using embedded C/C++ on STM32/PIC platforms and integrate machine vision systems for defect detection and automation using OpenCV/TensorFlow. - Lead the NPI process and manage the product lifecycle from EVT to MP, ensuring compliance with DFM/DFA/DFT standards. - Oversee EMS partners for sourcing, BOM validation, and quality assurance checks, as well as manage manufacturing test setup, jig design, and automation for EOL testing. You will also lead and mentor a diverse engineering team, employing agile methodologies to foster collaboration and innovation. Collaboration with international EMS vendors, particularly in regions such as China, Taiwan, and Eastern Europe, will be a key aspect of your role.,
