- As a Manual Testing Professional at YASH Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products within Agile software development environments. Here is a summary of the key aspects of the role: Role Overview: You will be responsible for manual QA activities with a focus on writing clear test cases, executing test plans, and identifying and logging actionable bugs. Your experience and expertise will contribute to the overall quality assurance process within the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 5 years or more total experience in Software Development, with a minimum of 3 years in quality assurance - Demonstrate proven experience in manual QA roles within Agile software development environments - Exhibit strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality assurance - Write clear and thorough test cases and plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage - Communicate effectively with team members, asking questions, and providing constructive challenges - Familiarity with defect lifecycle and proficiency in using test management tools such as Microsoft Test Manager, Jira, HP QC, etc. Qualifications Required: - Domain knowledge in the upstream oil and gas sector, particularly in production engineering (Preferred but Not Mandatory) - Certification in QA from a recognized body (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) (Preferred but Not Mandatory) - Experience working in domain-oriented or dynamically evolving project environments (Preferred but Not Mandatory) YASH Technologies provides an inclusive team environment where you are empowered to shape your career path.
