Job Description
- As a Deputy Manager / Associate Manager in the Delivery Planning team for EMB markets at Zydus Corporate Park, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability of finished goods at the point of sale in alignment with market demands. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Demand Planning:** - Ensuring that finished goods are available at the point of sale as per market needs. - **Inventory Management:** - Maintaining finished goods inventory at all levels according to prescribed norms. - **Manufacturing Plan:** - Developing monthly manufacturing plans for MRP run. - **Production Prioritization:** - Reviewing and prioritizing production plans within SKUs across markets to ensure continuous sales. - **Cross-Department Coordination:** - Collaborating with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and P&D teams for seamless supply chain operations. - **MIS Preparation:** - Compiling various MIS reports for monthly review meetings, S&OP, and other dynamic monitoring and controlling of business operations. - **S&OP Participation:** - Engaging in Pre-S&OP and S&OP discussions, escalating unresolved issues. - **Demand Management:** - Managing sudden changes in demand to capture sales opportunities and balance inventory levels. - **New SKU Launch:** - Coordinating activities related to new SKU launches. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the following are the required skill set for this role: - Strong communication and analytical skills. - Effective decision-making abilities. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate constraints. - Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and MIS preparation. - Excellent communication skills.
