Job Description

    Role Overview: As a DevOps Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance software development and deployment processes. You will focus on overseeing Jenkins management for continuous integration and automation, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS services, and configuring messaging systems for efficient communication between microservices. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving system performance, security, and reliability will also be integral to your role. Collaboration with various teams will be crucial to optimize development workflows effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes - Oversee Jenkins management for continuous integration and automation - Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services - Configure and optimize brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging systems for efficient communication between microservices - Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance, security, and reliability - Collaborate with developers, QA, and IT teams to optimize development workflows effectively Qualifications Required: - AWS Certification (preferably AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent) - Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline automation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions - Proficiency in Jenkins management, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting - Knowledge of brokers for messaging and event-driven architectures - Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker - Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash) - Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or CloudWatch - Understanding of networking, security, and cloud best practices Additional Details: The preferred skills for this role include experience in mobile and web application development environments, familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
