Java Full Stack Technical Lead @ Coforge

Job Description

As a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Lead/Architect with 9-14 years of experience, you will be joining the dynamic team at Coforge located in Greater Noida. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java and Angular. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices in coding and design, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Participating in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery. - Staying updated with emerging technologies and proposing their adoption where relevant. Your technical skills should include expertise in: - Backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture. - Frontend development with proficiency in Angular (latest versions), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Holding a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in leading full stack development teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred attributes for this role include: - Experience in product-based or fast-paced startup environments. - Certifications in Java, Angular, or cloud technologies. - Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices.,
