Job Description

    Role Overview: You will be accountable for providing customers with guidance and support throughout the full life cycle of implementation to ensure successful and effective use of Oracle's products and related implementation services. Your main focus will be to maximize customers" use of Support Services, drive satisfaction, referenceability, and protect/enhance revenue streams. As a trusted advisor, you will align with stakeholders of assigned customers, build long-term relationships, and understand the customers" industry, technical, and infrastructure environment to translate into Oracle solutions. Your collaborative work with Sales, Customer Service Manager, and customers will involve determining needs and identifying appropriate solutions. You will also be involved in successful customer engagements, focusing on service delivery, management, and coordination. Responsibilities: - Manage service delivery activities for customers with a diverse set of Oracle Products deployed on Cloud & On-Premises - Act as a single point of contact between the customer and Oracle - Manage service delivery through a virtual team of resources - Establish priorities and service growth plans for customers aligned with Oracle's Cloud Strategy - Work on improvement initiatives as required Qualification Required: - 11+ years of experience in Oracle products, including Technical/Functional and Project/Program Management experience - Experience in delivering large-scale global Application or infrastructure/database projects - High commitment to customers - University degree with postgraduate technical or management qualifications or relevant experience - OCI Certified / ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management / PMP certification desirable About the Company: Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) enables organizations to leverage their Oracle investments to extend into the cloud with greater value, choice, and confidence.
