- Job Description: As an Associate Relationship Manager- Corporate Coverage in the Wholesale Banking department, your role is to spearhead business generation within stringent and dynamic regulations and the bank's risk appetite to expand the volume of trade. Your responsibilities include ensuring seamless customer onboarding by maintaining best-in-class customer servicing standards, developing deep relationships with clients, and becoming the client's banking partner of choice. You will be accountable for understanding client needs, business, and sector characteristics, structuring solutions to achieve customer satisfaction while aligning with the bank's policies, and managing customer acquisition, due diligence, and recovery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop deep relationships with clients to become their banking partner of choice - Expand the volume of trade within regulations and risk appetite - Identify early warning signs in clients" financial reports to prevent losses - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives efficiently - Study market intelligence to incorporate best practices - Create diversified revenue sources for wholesale banking - Monitor customer satisfaction and make improvements to processes - Ensure high-quality customer service and address customer complaints promptly Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline - Post-graduation in any field - 2-5 years of experience in credit analysis and relationship management Additional Details: The role of Associate Relationship Manager- Corporate Coverage in Wholesale Banking involves actively contributing to the expansion of trade volume while maintaining compliance with regulations and risk management.
