Job Description

As a Process Developer at Genpact, your role involves reviewing documents, assessing underwriting requirements, and requesting additional information. You will be responsible for assessing applications, triaging APS requirements, and responding to customer inquiries by email. Additionally, you will enter underwriting decisions into the system, generate disclosure letters for adverse decisions, and adjust schedules as needed. It is crucial to build APS ordering guidelines considering various factors such as medical terminology, diagnosis, treatment, and compliance.
