Job Description

As a Process Associate for Insurance Claims at Genpact, you will be responsible for understanding and comprehending customer needs with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will handle varied workloads efficiently, meet targets and deadlines, and cultivate a customer-centric approach along with teamwork, accountability, initiative, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Handle claims and queries related to insurance - Demonstrate good customer service attitude and articulate resolutions clearly - Maintain a high level of personal integrity and possess strong investigation/negotiation skills - Show self-motivation, energy, and flexibility in work approach - Utilize working knowledge of claims or settlements & claims processing - Comfortable with 24*7 shift timings Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in B.com/BBA/BA/BSC (Any Non-Tech Graduate) - Freshers are eligible Preferred qualifications: - Good knowledge of using Excel and MS Access Database - Proficiency in English language (both written and oral) - Experience in the insurance client domain will be advantageous About Genpact: Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a workforce of over 125,000 employees across 30+ countries.
