Job Description
- As a Senior Executive in the Accounts & Compliance department, your role will involve handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients. Your sound understanding of Indian tax laws, accounting standards, and audit procedures will be essential for ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple clients. - Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and prepare financial statements. - Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS) and file statutory returns. - Support audits by providing necessary reports and clarifications. - Ensure timely closure of books, reconciliations, and maintain proper documentation. - Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance. - 2-4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance. - Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and accounting standards. - Experience in audit preparation, dealing with auditors, and proficiency in accounting software. - Good MS Excel skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of ROC compliances. - Experience with cloud-based accounting systems. - Exposure to handling clients across industries.,
