Job Description

    As a Senior Administrator/SME on the user engagement team (Service Desk) at BPM India, you play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and resolving issues for support tiers 1, 2, and 3. Your responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of desktop systems, applications, and technologies, handling day-to-day IT operations, and delivering top-notch client-side support. Your hands-on experience in IT, including PC hardware, software applications, and OS support, will be instrumental in your success. Your adaptability, initiative, and ability to work under minimal supervision are key to thriving in this role. **Role & Responsibilities:** - **Strategy & Planning** - Develop IT operational plans aligned with the firm's objectives. - Collaborate with senior management and US-based IT teams to set goals and deliverables. - Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency globally. - **Service Operations Management** - Provide daily operations of Tier 1, 2, 3 IT services in India. - Ensure services align with firm requirements across all regions. - Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators for IT operations. - **Team Leadership and Development** - Cultivate a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. - Foster collaboration between Indian and US IT teams. - Ensure compliance with service level agreements and management policies. **Requirements:** - **Formal Education, background, & Certification** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 7-12 years of related work experience and technical certifications. - **Technical Knowledge & Experience** - Experienced in service desk operations, incident troubleshooting, and escalation. - Proficient in O365, AZURE, SD Plus Administration, Microsoft Vendor coordination, and more. - Knowledgeable in troubleshooting Microsoft applications and Windows client operating systems. **Availability & Soft Skills:** - Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization. - Self-motivated, agile, and adept at managing emerging situations independently. - Ability to work across different time zones and navigate cross-cultural environments effectively.
