Profile :-Customer Support Executive

Job Roles & Responsibility:

Answering inbound/outbound calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
Provide customers with product and service information
Generate leads and cross sell in the calls.
Maintain accuracy of all data
Follow up/outbound calls to be made to customers where necessary

CTC - max 3Lpa max + incentive

Need local candidates is mandatory
