Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
- Lead technical architecture and solution design discussions in collaboration with tech teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical input and project estimations.
- Build and manage detailed project schedules, track milestones, and ensure resource optimization.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Adopt and enforce industry best practices, tools, and frameworks throughout project lifecycles.
- Continuously monitor and improve project performance, ensuring client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall experience in IT services with at least 4+ years in project management roles.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and modern project management tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or awareness of current trends in AI-driven product development is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on timely execution and quality delivery.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to contribute in technical discussions and guide teams on architectural or design-level decisions
