Job Description
- Responsible for setting up new Database environments
- Responsible for maintaining existing Production and non-Production environments database environments.
- The position is responsible for providing technical support for the database environment, including
- overseeing the development and organization of the databases
- assessment and implementation of new technologies
- At least 3 years of proven experience as DBA
- Experience in Oracle Production systems
- Experience in managing large Databases under Unix/Linux OS
- Experience in troubleshooting performance with database servers
- Database installation and setup
- Database maintenance (Performance, patching)
- Backup and recovery -RMAN
- Data Replication(Physical Standby)
- Database High Availability (Clustering/RAC)
- Database upgrade and Performance Tuning
- Repository Management
- Security administration
- Performance Monitoring
- Ad-hoc data manipulation
- Experience on Oracle DataGuard
- Experience on ASM
- Advantage: Experience in Shell Scripts
- Advantage: Knowledge of Sql Tuning
- Advantage: Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MYSQL, MongDB
