Senior Software Engineer Duck Creek Claims @ Epam Systems

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in Duck Creek Claims to join our team.

You will work on configuring and customizing Duck Creek Claims solutions for medium to complex client requirements. This role involves leveraging your expertise in .NET and SQL Server, alongside developing web services to enhance our software offerings. Responsibilities

• Configure Duck Creek Claims versions 10 or 11 to meet medium to complex client needs
• Develop and implement customizations within the Duck Creek Claims platform
• Use C# .NET and SQL Server to build and maintain backend components
• Create and maintain SOAP and REST web services to support integration and functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Duck Creek Claims applications
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and development work
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and standards compliance
• Stay updated on industry trends and enhancements related to Duck Creek Claims and .NET technologies
• Support testing and deployment activities for software updates and new features

Requirements

• Significant experience in software engineering with 6 to 10 years of hands-on work
• Proven expertise in configuring Duck Creek Claims version 10 or 11 for varied requirements
• Advanced skills in C# .NET development
• Strong background in SQL Server database management and development
• Experience designing and developing web services using SOAP or REST APIs for at least 3 years
• Ability to work independently and handle complex technical challenges
