Senior Devops Engineer @ Epam Systems

Job Description

• Highly skilled DevOps/CI/CD Engineer with at least 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in on-premises tools, services, and environments.
• Proficient in Windows OS maintenance and management and Linux OS administration/understanding.
• Advanced knowledge in PowerShell scripting to automate system tasks and deployments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Ansible, for configuration management and orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Docker for containerization; VMWare experience is advantageous.
• Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and optionally, Rundeck, Nomad, and Backstage.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools, specifically NewRelic and Grafana, for system observability.
• Capability to manage and support databases such as MariaDB and MSSQL.
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and systems.
• Hands-on experience with application build pipelines, especially for front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js).
• Sound Git version control system expertise.
• Exposure to SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for endpoint management.
