EPCM - Project Management and Cross Country Pipeline Project
Drive a culture of doing it right first time and delivering high quality deliverables that are part of fit for purpose solutions.
Build enduring customer relationships and proactively resolve scope and schedule issues with the customer as they arise.
Manage the WorleyParsons/customer contract, including delivery of high quality services and the budget gross margin.
Effectively manage & control all cost aspects of the project to forecast costs, obtain approvals, identify trends and take action to avoid cost overruns and take advantage of opportunities.
Manage and monitor project performance on an ongoing basis to identify issues and opportunities and take pre-emptive action.
Build and motivate an efficient, effective and competent team.
Focus team on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.
Listen to team, discuss the issues, resolve problems and direct activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives.
Ensure delivery meets WPMP / EMS / PEP / WEP requirement.
Communicate design intent in Basis of Design (BoD), philosophies and other FEED deliverables and ensure minimal change after issue of these documents.
Coordinate the interface between engineering and design team.
Monitor the communication network between project staff, the customer and third parties and introduce changes where required.
Monitor closure of all identified risks and opportunities.
Keep up to date with developments and innovations in the function.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E.
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, M.Tech
Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
