Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Automation with expertise in Python testing using Selenium and Pytest, along with strong experience in both automation and manual functional testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Testing:
- Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using Python and Selenium.
- Design and implement frameworks for automated testing using Pytest.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing during development cycles.
- Identify and report issues, bugs, and defects during automation testing and collaborate with developers for resolution.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Execute test cases to ensure functionality, usability, and performance meet specifications.
- Document and report test results, defects, and issues using testing tools.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all layers of the application (UI, API, and backend).
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected by new changes.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
- Participate in sprint planning and reviews to provide input on testing estimates and priorities.
