Job Responsibilities: - Design and Development: Develop, and implement robust Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions that align with business objectives and support scalability, performance, and data integrity.
- Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce CPQ (including product configuration, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows) and Revenue Cloud features (such as billing and subscription management.
- Integration: Lead or participate in the integration of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to development teams, conduct code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Testing and Support: Conduct unit, system, and integration testing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Salesforce and CPQ applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and streamline business processes, particularly in the quote-to-cash, contract lifecycle management, and revenue recognition domains.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices, proposing innovative solutions as appropriate.
- Experience: 3 - 8+ years in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on CPQ and Revenue Cloud (billing, subscription management, revenue lifecycle management).
- Experience with advanced features such as product bundling, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware for integration.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable.
