Job Description

 
Application Guidance and Loan Conversion:
  • Work directly with students and RPs to facilitate the accurate and complete submission of loan applications to designated banking partners.
  • Engage in conversion optimization activities to ensure fast turnaround times, high login rates, and a high loan sanction rate.
  • Proactively follow up with students regarding processing fees and adhere to timelines to ensure timely loan disbursement.
Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products offered by partner banks, including eligibility criteria and suitable options for diverse student profiles.
  • Stay up to date of industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide the most accurate and relevant information to students and RPs.
Customer Experience:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to students and recruitment partners by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing support throughout the application process.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with RPs and students to enhance overall satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
RP Activation Activities:
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to provide comprehensive training on ApplyBoard s 360 solutions and product offerings.
  • Actively promote various product lines and the ApplyBoard 360 Solution, highlighting our unique value propositions and advantages for students.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and analyze loan application metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the application process.
  • Prepare regular reports on application specific processing statistics and customer feedback to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure all applications comply with applicable regulations and internal policies to mitigate risk and safeguard the organization s integrity.
  • Adhere to data privacy laws and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive student and financial information.
