Lead Data Scientist with a strong background in machine learning. You will be collaborating with the Salesforce folks Developers, Leads, Architects and clients to design and implement data-driven solutions.
Job Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end data science initiatives aligned with Salesforce data (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce architects, consultants and developers to integrate ML models into Salesforce workflows.
- Develop data pipelines and manage data quality, transformation and feature engineering from Salesforce and external data sources.
- Guide data storytelling and present actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Einstein features, GPT/AI capabilities and cloud analytics (Tableau, CRM Analytics).
- Lead PoCs and pilot AI use cases for clients during pre-sales and project engagements.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, NLP and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and data visualization libraries.
- Experience deploying models into production environments, ideally within Salesforce.
