 Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling software solutions across various markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT industry, particularly in B2B software sales, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing a dynamic sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle lead generation, hunting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop content, collateral, and digital assets.
    • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing strategies and ROI.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Lead, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team to exceed performance goals.
    • Set KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.
    • Foster a results-oriented and collaborative team culture.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
    • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B software sales within the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT product sales (ERP, CA Software, HRMS).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions.
  • Sound communication skills (verbal & written)

Candidate should open to travel within the state or outside, if required.
