Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and optimize cybersecurity solutions (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.) based on client requirements.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with OEM TAC for escalations.
- Conduct solution deployment, upgrades, and patch management while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs for client environments.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and training to client IT/security teams.
- Ensure smooth project execution, handover, and long-term client satisfaction.
- Engage with clients to understand security needs and existing infrastructure.
- Assist sales teams in preparing solution architecture, proposals, BOMs, and RFP responses.
- Support in delivering technical presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Coordinate with internal sales teams and OEMs for solution alignment and pricing.
