Job Description
- 5-8 Years of experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance.
- Thorough understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes.
- Expertise in the FS domain along with strong hands-on experience in testing Wealth Management applications.
- Solid understanding Manual testing process. In-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices.
- Experience of defining Test Data Profiling approaches and Test Data Management approaches
- Strong Functional understanding of Investment Banking, Capital Markets.
- Excellent written, oral communication skills. Ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as a member of the team, Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision.
- Should be good team player with the right attitude. Adapt to the changes quickly
- Develop test scenarios, test cases and prepare suitable test data
- Mentor peers and ability to resolve issues to best efforts
