Job Description
SEO Executive Job Description:
We are looking for immediate joiners only, it is a contractual role. It can be permanent based on performance after 3 months.
An SEO executive is a specialist responsible for improving a company's website ranking on search engines like Google to increase organic (unpaid) traffic and online visibility.
Role & Work Details:
- Position Type: Contractual.
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
- Location: RDC, Ghaziabad.
- Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Salary: Up to 30,000 per month.
- Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
As an SEO Executive, you'll manage both on-page and off-page SEO activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Keyword Research: Identifying relevant and high-traffic keywords and phrases to target for content and website optimization.
- On-Page Optimization: Enhancing website elements like title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links to improve search engine performance and user experience.
- Content Strategy: Collaborating with content teams to ensure all new and existing content is SEO-friendly and aligned with keyword strategies.
- Technical SEO: Conducting regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues like broken links, crawl errors, site speed problems, and other structural issues that can affect search rankings.
- Link Building: Implementing strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from other reputable websites to improve domain authority.
- Performance Analysis: Using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll analyze this data to generate reports and make data-driven recommendations.
- Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and SEO trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role is generally preferred.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices is essential.
- Tool Proficiency: You should be proficient in using various SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Other Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Profile Creation, Forum Discussion, Quora Post, Reddit Post, Web 2.0 Blogs, Article Submission, Press Release, Social Media Posting, YouTube Video Uploading
