Job Role: Customer Service Executive US Healthcare Voice Process


Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Work from Office


Job Description:

We are hiring for the role of Customer Service Executive for our US Healthcare Voice Process at our Thane office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and prior experience in a voice-based customer service environment.


Interview Process:

  • HR Round
  • AMCAT Assessment
  • Operations Round
    • Note: AMCAT assessment must be completed before the Operations round
    • Minimum SVAR Score Required: 65 (Spoken English & Grammar)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of voice-based customer service experience is mandatory
  • Communication: Excellent spoken English skills required
  • Quality Requirement: C2 Level

Shift Details:

  • 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Strict adherence to IBU boundaries)

Working Days:

  • 5 Days a Week
  • 2 Rotational Week Offs

Compensation:

  • Salary up to 35,000 in hand (based on experience and assessment scores)

Key Requirements:

  • Mandatory completion of AMCAT SVAR with a minimum score of 65
  • Strong command over English grammar and spoken communication
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
