Job Description
Job Profile : Executive - Accounts
Experience : 1-2 Years
Location : Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments,and receipts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
- Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
