Management and configuration of multi vendor firewall.
Able to handle the day-to-day firewall operational issues.
Initial firewall configuration, operation, support, and commissioning.
Understanding of VPN technology.
Troubleshooting issues related to firewall Work efficiently with customer team to solve issues.
Analysing, troubleshooting, and correcting network problems remotely and on-site.
Good understanding of Network concepts.
Good Communication skills and can handle incidents in day-to-day operational activities.
Problem solving skills on firewalls, switches and routing devices.
Required Skills.
Deep knowledge of either Fortinet, Cyberoam, Sophos Firewall Solutions.
Must have Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
Must have good troubleshooting knowledge.
