Job Title: L1 Support - Technical Associate Openings: 2Requirements:

• Languages
• Odia + Bengali + English
• Education: B.A. / B.Com
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge, good communication skills
• Experience: Freshers
• Job Location: Bangalore
• Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in the designated languages.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Log, track, and update customer support tickets accurately.
• Guide users through problem-solving processes and product usage.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with other support levels and teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow standard operating procedures and comply with service-level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Odia + Hindi + Bengali (written and spoken).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, software, and networking concepts.
• Customer-centric approach with patience and empathy.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer support or helpdesk roles is a plus.
