Minimum: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Job Description:
- Management and configuration of multi vendor firewall.
- Able to handle the day-to-day firewall operational issues.
- Initial firewall configuration, operation, support, and commissioning.
- Understanding of VPN technology.
- Troubleshooting issues related to firewall Work efficiently with customer team to solve issues.
- Analysing, troubleshooting, and correcting network problems remotely and on-site.
- Good understanding of Network concepts.
- Good Communication skills and can handle incidents in day-to-day operational activities.
- Problem solving skills on firewalls, switches and routing devices.
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of either Fortinet, Cyberoam, Sophos Firewall Solutions.
- Must have Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Must have good troubleshooting knowledge.
