Principal Cloud Support Engineer OCI Multi cloud Support

Department: Cloud Support / Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Job Summary:

Provide expert-level support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and multi cloud environments. Resolve complex issues and guide customers on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot OCI and multi cloud integration issues.
Provide technical guidance on architecture and deployment.
Collaborate with engineering teams for escalations.
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base.
Ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

8+ years in cloud support or engineering.
Deep knowledge of OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong scripting and automation skills.
Oracle certifications preferred.
