Your Role.
- Follow established technical writing style/standards to consistently produce clear, coherent, and standardized documentation that improves user engagement.
- Meticulously edit content to ensure technical accuracy and grammatical correctness, to ensure clarity and professionalism in all documentation.
- Accurately publish updates in SharePoint as per defined service level agreement to meet the performance standards.
- Understand client requirements and propose solutions to meet requirements.
- Suggest best practices and optimizations to create streamlined processes.
Work collaboratively with SMEs, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to produce quality user documentation.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science/English/Mass Communication or an equivalent degree)
- Technical Writing Certification
Proficient working with Enterprise Content Management Systems like SharePoint and authoring tools like Adobe Technical Communication Suite and MS office .
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Creative and critical thinking skills to solve customer problems.
