Job Description

Min 13-17 years of exp in customer experience compliance, quality assurance, or audit
functions within the airline or TRAVEL BPO/KPO sector (TRAVEL SECTOR MANDATE)
ISO Lead Auditor (9001, 27001, 27701) ( AT LEAST 3-4 CERTIFICATIONS SHOULD HAVE DONE)

Required Candidate profile

Working knowledge of aviation regulatory bodies and International compliance standards
Familiarity with airline systems and contact center tools
